Meet Tess. Your Guide in Shadow Work, Self-Discovery & Intuitive Arts

Hi, I’m Tess McCarthy.

My years as an archivist, librarian, and information architect trained me to read patterns: in systems, in stories, and in people. That same pattern-logic now guides my Intuitive Arts work. Structure and spirit aren't separable. I help you organize both.

I guide people inward through astrology, tarot, shadow integration, parts work, and reflective journaling. These are coping practices I call The Intuitive Arts. They reveal the hidden stories and forgotten selves within you, helping you return to your full, wonderful Self.

Tarot is the compass. Through the symbols and imagery of the tarot, archetypes are seen deeply from the soul's vantage point. We use tarot to guide us into the unknown.
